摘  要:为了解决高含湿烟气温湿度难以测量的问题,通过搭建直接深冷式换热系统,产生高含湿烟气,采用设计的夹层抽气式测量装置,按照ASME PTC 4-2008中规定的圆形烟道标准进行取样,通过逆向取样气液分离、原位烟气在线伴热的原理,调节测量装置内外管流速和外伴热温度,达到滤除烟气中冷凝液滴和防止烟气中水蒸气二次冷凝的目的,得出实验条件下测量装置的最佳抽气流速为4~5 m^3/h、最佳伴热温度为140~170℃,在此条件下完成了真实温湿度的测量,测得的烟温比常规接触式测量装置测得的烟温高3.0~5.0℃,并进行不确定度分析,验证了测量结果的可靠程度。Currently,the humidity and temperature of high moisture flue gas is difficult to measured.In order to solve this problem,a new method for measuring the humidity and temperature of high moisture flue gas was put forward in this article.A direct cryogenic heat exchange system was built up.From the system,high moisture flue gas was generated.A mezzanine extraction measuring device was used to measure the humidity and temperature of flue gas.The measuring position was arranged according to ASME PTC 4-2008.By reverse sampling and the principle of gas-liquid separation and on-line heat tracing of in-situ flue gas,the condensing droplet was filtered out and the secondary condensation of water vapor was avoided.During the measurement,the optimal extraction flow rate is 4~5 m^3/h,the optimal heat tracing temperature is 140~170℃.The measuring results show that:the flue gas temperature measured by this method is 3~5℃higher than that measured by the conventional contact measuring device.Meanwhile,the reliability of the measurement results was verified by uncertainty analysis.
