摘 要:探索应用虚拟床位预住院模式优化日间手术流程。运用业务流程重组(BPR)方法,优化原日间手术流程,建立住院缓冲区虚拟床位,区分日间患者类型、手术类型,解决费用合并、医保报销等问题,实现对床位、患者、费用等多维度信息化控制。优化后流程减少了费用转入环节,日间手术患者占比由5%提升至12%。但仍需不断完善信息系统,实现日间手术患者诊疗全过程连续管理。To explore the application of virtual bed pre-hospitalization model to optimize day surgery procedures.The business process reorganization(BPR)method was used to optimize the original day surgery process,and the virtual hospital beds were established,daytime patients and surgery types were distinguished,the problems of cost consolidation,medical insurance reimbursement were solved,which achieved multipledimensions information control of beds,patients,and costs.After the optimized process,the cost transfer link was reduced,and the proportion of day surgery patients increased from 5%to 12%.However,it is still necessary to continuously improve the information system to realize the continuous management of the entire diagnosis and treatment process of day surgery patients.
