摘  要:大学生就业力是高校人才培养的重要内容和任务,也是衡量高等教育质量的重要标准。本文构建了大学生就业力培养满意度评价体系,基于武汉市6所省属高校大学生的问卷调查数据,采用模糊综合评价法评价分析大学生对省属高校就业力培养的满意度。结果显示:省属高校大学生对就业力培养质量总体满意度一般,但对各维度的满意度评价存在差异;具体来看,大学生对省属高校在社交能力、综合素质、职业素养等方面培养的满意度相对较高,对通用技能、个人背景和外显特质等方面的满意度则相对较低。Employability is an important part of talent cultivation of universities as well as an important criterion to measure higher education quality.This study constructs a satisfaction evaluation system on development of undergraduates’employability.Based on the questionnaire survey data on college students from 6 provincial universities in Wuhan,college students’satisfaction with employability is analyzed with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the overall satisfaction with the quality of development of employability among provincial college undergraduates is average,but there exist some differences in their evaluation of each factor satisfaction.Specifically,undergraduates’satisfaction with the three elements of social skills,comprehensive quality and professionalism is relatively high,while their satisfaction with general skills,personal background and external characteristics is relatively low.
