摘　　要：检索是专利审查程序的重要环节,提高检索质量与效能是提升审查能力的关键。本文基于全文库检索的特点,结合审查实践中的实际案例,提出了运用非常规字段与运算符有效减少检索噪音、快速命中对比文件的方法,有效提高检索效率。Patent searching is an important part of the patent examination process,improving search quality and effectiveness is the key to improving the examination ability.This article based on the characteristics or operational character of full-text database retrieval,combining actual cases in review practice,proposing a method to effectively reduce search noises by using unconventional field and operator,and quickly hit the comparison file,effectively improves retrieval efficiency.
