摘  要:针对仿贝壳的多材料分层交叠结构表达及其3D打印制备的需求,提出一种多材料仿生结构模型。该模型采用构建几何模型,并引入材料索引表,而后建立几何空间和对应材料之间结合关系,完成模型几何信息和材料信息有效表达。通过建立顶点索引和三角面片索引,实现模型的优化,有效减少模型数据量。最后采用AFM文件格式对模型进行表达,并进行了实例仿真。该文件能有效表达多材料分层交叠结构模型,能够用于3D打印。In order to meet the requirements of shell like multi-material layered and overlapping structure expression and 3D printing preparation,a multi-material bionic structure model is proposed.In this model,the geometric model is constructed and the material index table is introduced.Then,the combination relationship between different geometric spaces and corresponding materials is established to effectively express the geometric information and material information of the model.Through the establishment of vertex index and triangle patch index,the optimization of the model is realized,and the amount of model data is effectively reduced.Finally,AFM file format is used to express the model,and an example is simulated.This file can effectively express the multi-material layered structure model,and can be used for 3D printing.
