摘 要:随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对自动扶梯的运行安全性以及乘坐的舒适性要求也越来越高。良好的自动扶梯运行质量可以为乘客带来舒适的乘梯感受,相反,一旦电梯运行不畅,尤其自动扶梯上、下回转链轮处的梯级翻转声,不仅会给乘客带来不适感,还将对周边环境产生噪音影响。因此,深入研究自动扶梯回转链轮处的设计,尤其是进行减震设计变得尤为重要,可以从根本上解决自动扶梯的运行舒适感问题。With the improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for the operation safety and passenger comfort of escalator are becoming higher and higher.A good escalator operation quality can bring passengers a wonderful feeling of getting on the escalator.On the contrary,once the track is not smooth,especially the step overturning sound brought by the up and down turning sprockets of the escalator will bring discomfort to the passengers,and will also have a noise impact on the surrounding environment.It is very important to study the design of the rotating sprocket of the escalator,especially how to design the shock absorption,which can fundamentally solve the problem of the running comfort of the escalator.
