摘　　要：介绍了一种用于装夹圆形件的机械制造夹具,详细阐述了此夹具的结构设计及工作原理。此夹具的特点是可以固定大小不同的圆形件,且可同时固定不同大小的3个圆形件,夹紧速度较快,夹持工件牢固,从而提高了劳动生产率,保证生产安全。此外,利用CAXA软件绘制了夹具的结构示意图,虚拟设计大大提高了夹具的设计效率和设计质量。In this paper,a kind of mechanical manufacturing fixture for clamping circular parts is introduced.The structure design and working principle of the fixture are described in detail.The utility model is characterized in that the circular parts of different sizes can be fixed,and three circular parts of different sizes can be fixed at the same time,the labor productivity is increased and the production safety is ensured.The structure sketch map of fixture is drawn by CAXA software,the virtual design greatly improves the efficiency and quality of fixture design.
