浅谈钢板铣边机进给间隙消除机构

摘　　要：针对直缝钢管生产线铣边机铣削钢板时,齿轮齿条传动结构进给行程长、钢板采用顺铣的传动特点,介绍了铣边机齿轮箱消除间隙的原理及结构。铣边机采用双斜齿轮齿条传动进给箱,通过油缸推动浮动轴产生轴向位移,利用斜齿轮组的相对转动实现齿轮齿条消除传动间隙,长时间使用效果表明该进给箱消除间隙效果良好,传动平稳和设备可靠性良好。This paper introduces the principle and structure of clearance elimination of feed box of milling machine.The milling machine adopts double helical gear rack to drive the feed box,and the side clearance of gear rack is eliminated by pushing the floating shaft through the oil cylinder and making use of the relative rotation of helical gear group,proving that the feed box is good and has a accurate machine transmission and good stability.
