摘 要:针对庞巴迪Q400飞机垂尾方向舵安装接头孔的精加工方法进行分析,面对垂尾方向舵长度为4674.87mm,同轴度公差为±0.12mm,材料为15-5PH耐腐蚀钢,安装孔的加工精度仅为25.4μm。基于此,结合安装工装、加工刀具的设计和工艺方法选择等方面措施,解决孔精加工问题,为其他机型的方向舵安装接头孔精加工制备问题提供理论依据和实施参考。This paper analyzes and discusses the finishing method of mounting joint holes for the vertical rudder of bombardier Q400 aircraft.In the face of that,the length of the vertical rudder is 4674.87mm,and the coaxiality tolerance should be±0.12mm.The material of the rudder joint is 15-5PH corrosion-resistant steel,The machining accuracy of the mounting hole is only 25.4μm.Therefore,measures such as assembly design of vertical rudder,design of machining tool and selection of process method were taken to solve the problem of finishing holes,providing theoretical basis and implementation reference for finishing machining of joint holes in other types of rudder mounting.
