某百万机组低压轴封温度偏低分析及处理

摘　　要：某厂两台百万机组一直存在低压轴封温度偏低、低压轴封蒸汽带水问题,通过增设减温水小旁路、更换减温水调阀改造,但效果并不理想。最终从#7号低压加热器出水母管取用一路水源汇合于原减温水调节阀前,提高减温水初始温度,有效控制低压轴封温度为150~160℃,从根本上解决了低压轴封温度偏低的缺陷,提高了机组和设备安全性能。The low temperature of low pressure shaft seal and water entrainment in steam of low pressure shaft seal have always existed in two million units of a plant.The effect is not ideal by adding small bypass of desuperheating water and replacing desuperheating water regulating valve.Finally,a water source is taken from the outlet header of#7 low-pressure heater and converged in front of the original desuperheating water regulating valve to improve the initial temperature of desuperheating water and effectively control the temperature of low-pressure shaft seal of 150~160℃,which fundamentally solves the defect of lowpressure shaft seal temperature and improves the safety performance of the unit and equipment.
