摘　　要：结合目前大型高精铝板带热轧生产工艺技术的现状和发展,从工程设计的角度对铝板带热轧工艺设计特点进行了分析研究。指出铝板带热轧工程设计中主体工艺设计的关键作用和重要意义,提出了铝板带热轧工艺设计中关于生产规模确定、产品品种定位、生产工艺选择、工艺平面布置及公辅设施设计要求等方面的一些设计原则,归纳了部分典型铝板带热轧生产线的主要工艺设计参数。铝板带热轧工艺设计过程中应当把握的设计主线,针对不同的工程项目应当依据设计原则和相应的标准规范作具体分析。Based on the present situation and development of large-scale and high-precision hot rolling technology of aluminum strip,the technology design characteristics are analyzed and studied from the perspective of engineering design.It points out the key role and significance of the main process design in the engineering design of aluminum strip hot rolling.Some design principles in the process design are put forward,such as the determination of production scale,product variety positioning,production process selection,process layout and public and auxiliary facilities design requirements.The main process design parameters of some typical aluminum strip hot rolling lines are collected.For different engineering projects,specific analysis should be made according to design principles and corresponding standards and specifications.
