摘  要:为提高7075-T6铝合金板材(4 mm^7 mm厚)的力学性能,同时保证板材淬火后的板形,在实际大生产中调整辐底式淬火炉的淬火工艺参数,开发出高压区淬火工艺。试验结果表明:淬火冷却速度对7075铝合金时效后的力学性能的影响比固溶保温时间的大,因为高压区淬火后,板材转移时间缩短,冷却速度提高,因而室温时的过饱和固溶度增加,为时效做好了组织准备,最终明显提高了板材的力学性能。缩短保温时间后仍可保证板材力学性能控制在合理范围内。通过调节上下水压大小及上下压差,淬火后保证板材具有良好的板形。In order to improve the mechanical properties and guarantee the shape of 4 mm-7 mm thick sheet of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy,quenching parameters of roller hearth furnace were adjusted in practical production.As a result,a quenching process in the high pressure zone were developed.The results show that quench cooling rate has more influence on mechanical properties after aging than solution holding time does.After quenching in the high pressure zone,the transfer time is shortened,the cooling rate is increased,and the supersaturated solid solubility at room temperature is increased,which makes full preparation for aging in microstructure,and finally improves the mechanical properties of the sheet.The mechanical properties are still within a reasonable range after reducing holding time.Meanwhile,the shape is guaranteed by adjusting water pressures and their difference between top and bottom.
