摘  要:为了提高5A06铝合金表面耐蚀、耐磨性能,选用Na2B4O7,电解液体系对其进行微弧氧化处理。对其在不同浓度下制备出的膜层厚度及显微硬度进行测试,并借助扫描电镜及莱卡金相显微镜对膜层微观形貌进行分析。结果表明:不同主成膜剂Na2B4O7浓度下制备出的微弧氧化膜层均呈“火山喷射口”状凸起形貌。当Na2B4O7质量浓度为10g/L时,膜层连续均匀,厚度达26.2μm,显微硬度高达905 HV0.1,耐磨损时间长达2.5 min,表面综合性能较基体本身有所提高。In order to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of 5A06 aluminum alloy surface,Na2B4O7 electrolyte system was used to treat 5A06 aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation.The thickness and microhardness of coating in different concentrations of sodium tetraborate were tested,and micro-morphology of coatings were observed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Laika metallographic microscope.The results show that the appearance like"volcanic vent"is presented on the surface of MAO coatings prepared at different sodium tetraborate concentrations.When the mass concentration of Na2B4O7 is 10 g/L,the coating is continuous and symmetrical with micro-hardness of 905 HV0 j,thickness of 26.2μm,wear resistance time up to 2.5 min,and the surface comprehensive performance is improved compared with the substrate itself.
