南充市城区基层医生工作及收入现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨南充市城区基层社区工作存在的问题。方法根据行政区划及社区卫生服务中心设置,对104医生进行问卷调查,其中26名医生进行了现场访谈,利用Epidata 3.1软件录入调查问卷,用SPSS 20.0进行统计分析。结果在工作时间方面,周工作时间集中在40~55小时区间内,占总比的50.00%;服务病人方面,日服务病人数最多在10~19人/日;在劳动强度方面,强度一般占总比的53.85%,劳动强度大及以上者占比45.19%;月收入方面,月平均收入为2981.70元,收入在4000元以下占总比的87.50%,对自己的收入不满意度(包括非常不满意)占54.80%;工作压力方面,基层医生普遍认为工作压力较大,社会成就感较低,对自己工作及生活现状的总体满意度认为一般的74人,占71.15%。结论南充市城区基层医生工作时间长,服务病人少,劳动强度一般;城区基层医生收入偏低,满意度低;工作压力大,社会成就感却一般。Objective To explore the problems existing in the work of urban grassroots community in Nanchong city of Sichuan Province.Methods A hundred and four doctors selected according to administrative divisions and establishment of community health service centers were surveyed with questionnaires,26 of whom had on-site interviews.Data of the questionnaire was input with Epidata 3.1 and statistical analysis was made with SPSS 20.0.Results The weekly working hours of the respondents were mainly in the range of 40~55 hours,accounting for 50.00%of the total.The number of patients served daily was at most 10~19 persons/day.Common working intensity generally accounted for 53.85%of the total,and the doctors with high working intensity and above accounted for 45.19%of the total.The average monthly income of the respondents was 2981.70 yuan,and doctors with income below 4000 yuan accounted for 87.50%of the total.Doctors who were dissatisfied with the income(including those who were extremely dissatisfied)accounted for 54.80%.Grassroots doctors generally thought that they had high work pressure yet low sense of social achievements.In term of the status quo of work and life,74(71.15%)doctors thought it just so-so.Conclusions Primary care doctors in the urban areas of Nanchong City had long working hours,few patients and common working intensity.They were not satisfied with their work due to low income,high work pressure and moderate sense of social achievement.
