摘  要:传统同声传译系统是基于专业硬件同传设备,通过红外辐射技术将译员的声音传导至与会者耳中。因此,基于VC技术实现将同传译员声音传导至与会者耳中,无需专业硬件设备,通过手机或笔记本电脑即可收听收看会议的实时视频信息和同传译员的无缝语音传输,更易于理解不同语种之间的差别,实现无国界交流。The traditional simultaneous interpreting system is based on professional hardware simultaneous transmission equipment,and transmissions the interpreter's voice to the participants'ears through infrared radiation technology.Mobile phone simultaneous interpreting will be able to listen to the real-time video information and video transmission of the simultaneous interpreting computer.It is easier to understand the differences between different languages and achieve no national boundaries.
