摘  要:试验旨在比较研究不同羽速太行鸡生产性能、蛋品质及主要营养物质表观代谢率的不同,为太行鸡的合理利用提供参考依据。试验选取健康20周龄快慢羽太行鸡母鸡各100只,分为快羽组和慢羽组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只鸡。相同饲养管理条件下,测定分析其生产性能、蛋品质及主要营养物质表观代谢率等指标,试验期23周。结果显示:①慢羽组开产日龄较快羽组晚3.06 d(P<0.05),开产体重快、慢羽组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。②产蛋率慢羽组较快羽组高4.81%(P<0.05),平均蛋重、日采食量及料蛋比快、慢羽组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。③慢羽组鸡蛋蛋白的哈氏单位较快羽组高3.10%(P<0.05),蛋黄颜色较快羽组高5.19%(P<0.05),其它蛋品质指标组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。④主要营养物质表观代谢率组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验结果表明:慢羽组太行鸡产蛋率更高,蛋品质更好,主要营养物质表观代谢率组间均无显著差异。The purpose of the experiment was to compare and study the differences in production performance, egg quality and apparent metabolic ratio of main nutrients of different feather-speed Taihang chickens, so as to provide a reference for the reasonable utilization of Taihang chickens. The test selected 100 healthy 20-week-old fast and slow-feather Taihang hens, each divided into a fast-feather group and a slow-feather group with 4 repeats in each group and 25 chickens in each repeat. Under the same feeding and management conditions, the production performance,egg quality and apparent metabolic ratio of main nutrients were measured and analyzed. The test period was 23 weeks.The results showed that: ① The slow-feather group had an onset date that was 3.06 days later than the fast-feather group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the fast-feather and slow-feather groups on body weight of first egg(P>0.05). ② The egg laying rate of the slow-feather group was 4.81% higher than that of the fast-feather group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in average egg weight, daily feed intake, and feed-to-egg ratio between the slow-feather and slow-feather groups(P>0.05). ③ The Hastelloy unit of egg protein in the slow feather group was 3.10% higher than that in the fast feather group(P<0.05), the egg yolk color was 5.19% higher than that in the fast-feather group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the other egg quality index groups(P>0.05). ④ There was no significant difference in the apparent metabolic ratio of main nutrients(P>0.05). The results indicated that the Taihang chickens in the slow-feather group had a higher egg production ratio and better egg quality,and there was no significant difference in the apparent metabolic ratio of the main nutrients.
