摘 要:试验旨在研究不同阶段日粮锌营养对肉鸡生长性能及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。600只1日龄雄性AA+雏鸡采用2×3因子随机区组设计分为6组,两个因素为日粮锌不同阶段添加模式和沙门菌是否感染。锌添加模式包括不额外添加、全期添加、早期添加。试验期限为35 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮全期添加锌显著提高了肉鸡1~21日龄平均体增重和回肠黏膜白介素10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)和胞质紧密粘连蛋白-1(Zonula occludens-1,ZO-1)的表达量(P<0.05),降低血清异硫氰酸荧光素(Fluorescein isothiocyanate,FITC)浓度(P<0.001);日粮早期添加锌显著提高肉鸡1~21日龄平均体增重和鸡回肠黏膜IL-1β、IL-10、Toll样受体-4(Toll-like receptor4,TLR-4)、ZO-1的表达量,降低了1~21日龄料重比(P<0.05),有提高法氏囊指数的趋势(P=0.068),且在不感染沙门菌的前提下,早期添加锌有降低血清中FITC浓度的趋势(P=0.068)。研究表明,在本试验条件下,早期添加锌有利于肉鸡生长性能的提高,促进免疫力的提升,并对沙门菌破坏肠道的完整性具有一定的修复作用,可替代全期添加。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary zinc nutrition at different phose on growth performance and intestinal mucosal barrier function of broilers. Six hundred 1-day-age male Arbor Acres broiler chicks were assigned to six treatment groups with a 3×2 completely randomized experimental design to study the effects of Zn nutrition at different phase(without supplement, the whole phase, the early phase), pathogen challenge(with or without S. Typhimurium challenge) and their interactions. The experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed that compared with the basal diet group, during 1 to 21 days of age, the diet supplemented with Zn at the whole phase increased mRNA expression of interleukin-10(IL-10) and zonula occludens-1(ZO-1) in the ileal mucosa(P<0.05), while reduced the fluorescein isothiocyantie(FITC) levels in serum(P<0.001). Supplemented Zn at the early phase increased body weight gain, while lowered feed conversion ratio during 1 to 21 days of age(P<0.05), also increased IL-1β, IL-10,TLR-4 and ZO-1 mRNA expression in ileum(P<0.05), and had the tendency to decrease the FITC-dextran levels in serum without Salmonella infection(P=0.068). The results showed that supplemented Zn at the early phase could improve the growth performance, immunity function and integrity of intestinal mucosal barrier of broiler chickens, which indicated that dietary supplemen tion of Zn at early phase could replace supplemented at the whole phase.
