摘  要:设计了一种用于头盔式微光夜视仪的轻量化光学系统,包括物镜与目镜。为了在提高系统成像质量的同时实现光学系统的轻量化,使用非球面进行设计。首先理论计算确定物镜、目镜设计指标,选用合适的初始结构,之后引入非球面进行优化设计,最终得到了一个7片式的物镜系统和2片式的目镜系统,将物镜的重量从原有的35 g降低到了26 g;将目镜重量从原有的52 g降低到了20 g,使得一套夜视仪系统重量总共减少了41 g,镜头重量减少了47%,成功实现了系统的轻量化。A lightweight optical system for helmet-mounted low-level-light night vision system was designed,including objective lens and eyepiece. In order to improve the imaging quality of the system while realizing the light weight of the optical system,the aspheric lens were employed in this design. Firstly,the lens parameters of the objective lens and eyepiece were determined according to the theoretical calculation,the proper initial structure was chosen,then,the aspheric surface was used for optimizing design,finally,a object lens with 7 lenses and an eyepiece with 2 lenses was presented,with the weight of the objective lens reducing form 35 g to 26 g,the weight of eyepiece reducing from 52 g to 20 g,and the weight of the total system reducing 41 g,the lens weight reducing by 47%,finally achieving the weight reduction of the system.
