摘 要:本文在梳理概括了技术创新模式研究进展的基础上,基于产业技术生命周期与创新开放度之间的关联,构建一种由封闭式创新向开放式创新演变的产业技术创新动态演变模型,将产业技术创新模式分为"萌芽期封闭式创新""成长期开放式创新""成熟期开放式创新"和"衰退期封闭式创新"。通过回顾中国石墨烯产业的技术创新背景,研究发现,政府的政策引导和研发支持是中国石墨烯产业由封闭式创新向开放式创新演变不容忽视的原因。本文以石墨烯技术为例,验证了产业技术创新动态演变模型的可行性,为石墨烯技术以及其他新兴技术的发展路径提供新的思路。In the era of knowledge economy,technological innovation model is regarded as a key component of technology competition.Due to rapid change of external innovation environment as well as improvement of stakeholder′s technological innovation capability,more and more technological innovation models emerge in the industry.Chesbrough proposed a new technological innovation model named"open innovation",which aims to help stakeholders to improve their technological innovation capability by using external innovation resources.The existing research on open innovation mainly focuses on static analysis,and pays close attention to the choice of open innovation model,the impact of intellectual property on open innovation,and the relationship between open innovation and innovation performance.However,fewer studies investigate the dynamic evolution of technological innovation model.Based on the relationship between technology life cycle and innovation openness,this study constructs the dynamic evolution of industrial technological innovation model after summarizing research progress in technological innovation model home and abroad.We divide this model into four phases,"closed innovation in the research and development phase","open innovation in the ascent phase","open innovation in the maturity phase"and"closed innovation in the decline phase".By reviewing the technological innovation background of China′s graphene industry,this study finds that government′s policy guidance and R&D support on China′s graphene development are important factors in open innovation.It is necessary to formulate industrial development policies according to the innovation openness in different phases.The specific research results are shown as below:Firstly,in the research and development phase,China′s graphene industry is at the stage of closed innovation.The patent collaboration between institutions is very loose,and these institutions rely on internal innovation resources,which leads to low innovation openness.Secondly,in the ascent phase
