摘 要:为解决中国综合型医院目前存在的患者门诊取药排队等候时间过长问题,研究在天津市X、Y、Z三所综合型医院实测数据基础上,运用排队论、统计学等相关理论与方法构建了大型综合型医院发药窗口服务系统模型,计算了在传统取药方式与自助服务系统取药方式下患者排队的平均等待时间和平均等待人数比例。研究表明,天津市X、Y、Z三所综合型医院门诊药房分别至少需要设置6、5、6个窗口,优先建设自助服务系统,采用单队多窗口排队形式,可大大缩减患者排队取药的等待时间。笔者研究为中国各大综合型医院门诊药房发药窗口数量的设置及排队形式的选取提供了理论支持。To solve the problem of long waiting time for medicine distribution in outpatient clinics of general hospitals in China, and establish medicine distribution window service system model of large general hospital by queuing theory, statistics and other related theories and methods, which based on measured data of general hospitals X, Y and Z in Tianjin. The mean queuing time and proportion of waiting patients between traditional and self-service distribution medicine system were calculated. The research results showed that outpatient pharmacy of general hospitals X, Y and Z in Tianjin need to set at least 6, 5 and 6 windows respectively, the self-service system adopts single-team multi-window queuing form, which can greatly reduce queuing time. The study provides theoretical support for setting medicine distribution windows and queuing form of outpatient pharmacies for general hospitals in China.
