摘　　要：医用内镜设备已经成为医院的标配,随着内镜手术的开展,内镜设备的使用、维护和维修也成为了临床工程师工作的重要组成部分。文章叙述了内镜的原理、组成。对监视器无图像故障、图像异常故障(包括图像横向或纵向条纹样干扰、图像蓝色闪屏、图像颜色异常)、视野暗故障(调节冷光源亮度无效)和无法存储图像故障进行分析和处理,提出先易后难、先外后里的思路,排除各种可能情况。同时提出,日常定期维护、保养,减少人为故障的发生。The medical endoscopes have become the standard equipment of hospitals. The operating, maintenance and repairing of endoscopic equipment are important parts of clinical engineers’ work. The principle and composition of endoscope were described. All kinds of faults were analyzed and treated, including monitor without image, abnormal image(horizontal or vertical streak-like of image, blue splash screen image, abnormal image color), dark field of vision(invalid adjustment of brightness in cold light source), and failure to store image. The idea of "easy first, then hard, outside first, then inside" was introduced to exclude all possible situation. At the same time, it is indicated that daily maintenance can reduce failure caused by human factors.
