摘 要:1目的 探讨 c- fos蛋白在大鼠脑缺血再灌注脑损伤过程中的表达 ,以及川芎嗪和尼莫通对其影响。2方法 采用免疫组化法检测大鼠脑缺血再灌注不同时间内 c- fos蛋白表达的水平 ,以及川芎嗪和尼莫通干预后c- fos蛋白表达的变化。3结果 脑缺血再灌注时缺血侧脑皮质和基底核区均有 c- fos蛋白阳性表达 ,其阳性表达率随再灌注时间长短不同而不同 ,于缺血 30 min再灌注 1h时阳性表达达高峰 (34 .6 1% )。缺血 30 m in再灌注 30 m in和1h时 ,川芎嗪干预组和尼莫通干预组大鼠脑皮质和基底核区 c- fos蛋白的表达均明显下降 (χ2 =2 40 .45 6~719.96 6 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。4结论 c- fos蛋白参与大鼠脑缺血再灌注时缺血细胞损伤的发生 ,川芎嗪和尼莫通可明显下调 c- fos蛋白的表达。Objective To investigate the effect of c fos protein on brain injury followed by reperfusion after cerebral ischemia and the effects of Ligustrazini(LZ)and Nimodipine(NM) intervention.\ Methods\ Changes in protein expression of c fos after focal cerebral ischemia followed by reperfusion were detected by immunohistochemical technic and the effects of LZ and NM intervention were observed.\ Results\ Positive expression of c fos was found in ischemic cortex and basal ganglia areas after cerebral ischemia followed by reperfusion,and the level of the expression varied with the duration of reperfusion,and reached the peak level at 1h reperfusion after 30min cerebral ischemia. In LZ group and NM group,the expression of c fos protein decreased significantly, after 30min of ischemia and reperfusion for 30min and 1h on both in the ischemic cortex and ischemic basal ganglia.\ Conclusion\ c fos plays a great role in cerebral ischemia followed by reperfusion in rats, LZ and NM can significantly lower the protein expression of c fos.
