摘  要:仿真分析了金属喷针和石英喷针在柔性衬底上的电流体射流行为,采用电流体喷射按需打印的工艺,以热固化胶为打印材料,研究了工艺参数对打印微结构的影响。研究发现,打印过程的稳定性与工作距离、电压、流量等因素有关,打印液滴的尺寸与所施加的电压大小成反比。利用优化后的打印参数,实现了柔性衬底PET上微图案的电流体喷射打印。The different injection behaviors of metal needle and quartz needle under the condition of electrohydrodynamic jet printing on flexible substrates were simulated and analyzed.The effect of process parameters on the printing micro-scale structures was studied via electrohydrodynamic drop-on-demand printing.It was found that the stability of the printing process was related to the working distance,applied voltage,flow rate and other factors.The size of the printed droplets was inversely proportional to the applied voltage.Finally,the optimized printing parameters were used to print the micro-scale patterns on the flexible substrate PET.
