摘 要:针对长径比大,加工时易变形,尺寸精度难以保证等问题,提出了减小加工装夹时长径比的工艺方案。保证中心孔的位置和精度,采用一夹一顶装夹方式和卡爪内侧垫开口钢丝圈,采用直线插补和圆弧插补相结合的插补方式和软爪夹持已加工表面,整个切削过程中充分冷却。在西门子BRT5085型数控车床上进行加工验证,结果表明该工艺方案能有效保证加工精度,提高细长轴的加工效率,降低废品率。A technological scheme for reducing aspect ratio during clamping and processing was proposed for large aspect ratio,easy deformation,and difficulty in guaranteeing dimensional accuracy.The position and accuracy of the center hole should be ensured,the one-clamp-top-clamping method and the inner ring of the jaw pad opening wire ring were used,linear interpolation and arc interpolation were combining and the soft jaw were used to clamp the processed surface.The whole cutting process was fully cooled,and the processing was verified on the Siemens BRT5085 CNC lathe.The results show that the process can effectively ensure the processing accuracy,improve the processing efficiency,and reduce the scrap rate.
