摘 要:新能源汽车的能源发生方式就是电池的充放电,所以如何保障电动汽车内部电气系统的可靠性是电动汽车设计及品质管控的重点。动力电缆作为动力传输的动脉,起着关键性的作用。重点分析了电缆屏蔽结构的性能和寿命,更改了传统的工艺及材料设计,通过实际验证,得出实验数据,将改进后的电缆与目前大量使用的电缆的各项测试进行对比,最终得出结论:改善设计后的电缆,整体寿命明显提升,其他各项测试指标也均能达到相关标准的要求。Energy mode of the new energy vehicles is the battery charge and discharge, so how to guarantee the reliability of the electrical system of electric car interior is the key point of electric vehicle design and quality control. As the artery of power transmission, power cable plays a key role. The performance and service life of the cable shielding structure were analyzed emphatically, the traditional process and material design were changed, the experimental data was obtained through the actual verification, and the test results of the improved cable were compared with those of the widely used cable at present. The results show that the overall life of the improved cable is significantly improved, and other test indexes can meet the requirements of relevant standards.
