摘 要:设备使用多年存在着较多问题且面临搬迁,为充分利用智能仓库自动化、高性能、简便化的操作特点,进一步提升设备使用性能,提高仓储使用部门工作效率,对设备技术升级优化进行研究。通过对PLC控制系统、管理系统、定位系统、通信系统等进行实例研究分析,量化了潜在的风险及技术升级策略,制定技术升级优化方案。技术升级优化方案实施后,真正实现仓库物资先进先出,提高仓库工作效率,节约后期维护成本。In order to make full use of the automatic, high-performance and simple operation characteristics of intelligent warehouse, further improve the performance of the equipment and improve the efficiency of the warehouse user department, the technical upgrading and optimization of the equipment were studied. Through the case study and analysis of PLC control system, management system, positioning system and communication system, the potential risks and technology upgrading strategy were quantified, and the optimization scheme of technology upgrading was formulated. After the implementation of the optimization scheme of technology upgrading, the warehouse materials can be truly realized in the first in first out, which can improve the work efficiency of the warehouse and save the maintenance cost in the later stage.
