摘 要:游乐设施安全压杠锁紧装置是保证游乐设施安全运行的重要机构,其可靠性与乘客的人身安全息息相关。为了降低事故发生率,选取安全压杠的齿条棘爪型锁紧装置为研究对象,结合检验工作中发现的隐患问题,从设计、制造、使用等环节分析造成锁紧装置失效的原因,并提出相应的对策,从而提高其安全可靠性。The safety bar locking device of amusement facilities is an important mechanism to ensure the safe operation of amusement facilities,and its reliability is closely related to the personal safety of passengers.In order to reduce the accident rate,the rack and pawl type locking device of safety pressure bar was selected as the research object.Combined with the hidden problems found in the inspection work,the causes of locking device failure were analyzed from the aspects of design,manufacture and use,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed,so as to improve its safety and reliability.
