摘　　要：通过对烘缸轴承运行过程的振动值、温度值进行记录,再根据在线测振系统及PM系统中振动值曲线变化、点检仪现场实测温度值趋势进行分析,从而判断烘缸轴承的运行状况。针对影响烘缸轴承稳定运行的因素,提前做好防范措施,确保烘缸轴承的稳定运行,同时保障纸机安全稳定生产。By recording the vibration value and temperature value of the dryer bearing in the operation process,according to the vibration value curve change in the online vibration measurement system and PM system,the trend of the field measured temperature value was analyzed by the spot inspection instrument,so as to judge the operation status of the dryer bearing.In view of the factors affecting the stable operation of the dryer bearing,preventive measures should be taken in advance to ensure the stable operation of the dryer bearing.At the same time,it ensures the safe and stable production of the paper machine.
