摘　　要：随着现代工业飞速发展,设备越来越大型化、复杂化、连续化、自动化、高速化。胶带机是烧结原料、成品输送的主要设备,现场采用的是自动控制模式,转换开关触点发生故障后,与其联锁的上级胶带机系统会立即联锁停机,全系统都是重负荷停机,延长了恢复正常生产的时间。故障率和故障时间是设备管理一项重要的技术指标,如何减少电气设备故障使烧结机持续稳定顺行,已成为榆钢设备技术管理工作者的重中之重。With rapid development of modern industry,the equipment is more and more large-scale,complicated,continuous,automation adn high-speed.The belt conveyor system is the main equipment for conveying sintering raw materials and finished products.The automatic control mode is adopted on site.After the contact of universal change switch breaks down,the upper belt conveyor system interlocked with it will immediately shut down,and the whole system will be shut down under heavy load,extending the time for normal production.The failure rate and failure time is an important economic index of equipment management.How to reduce the failure of electrical equipment and keep the sintering machine running smoothly has become the top priority of equipment technical management workers in Jiugang Group Yuzhong Iron&Stell Co.Ltd.
