摘  要:为解决16MnCrS5+H钢轧后混晶问题,进行了630℃和680℃回火、760℃退火,900℃正火处理试验,采用"模拟渗碳法"(试样热处理工艺:930℃保温4 h油淬)进行奥氏体晶粒度检测及分析。结果表明:当16MnCrS5+H钢轧后出现混晶时,经两相区760℃退火处理,可使得AlN充分析出,增加AlN钉扎结晶的作用,使得奥氏体晶粒细小均匀。In order to solve the problem of mixed grain of 16mncrs5+H steel after rolling,tempering at 630℃and 680℃,annealing at 760℃and normalizing at 900℃were carried out,and the austenite grain size was detected and analyzed by the"simulated carburizing method"(sample heat treatment process:930℃holding for 4 h oil quenching).The results show that when mixed grains appear in 16mncrs5+H steel after rolling,after annealing at 760℃in the two-phase region,AlN can be fully precipitated,the effect of AlN pinning crystallization can be increased,and austenite grains can be fine and uniform.
