热镀锌光整缺陷产生原因及控制措施

摘　　要：光整机是连续热镀锌机组的重要设备,对带钢的板形改善及表面质量提高起着至关重要的作用。主要介绍了酒钢连续热镀锌机组光整机在使用过程中经常出现的光整纹(光整花)及光整亮点缺陷,分析了缺陷产生的主要原因,并制定了消除缺陷的措施。通过措施的实施及长时间的生产验证,两种缺陷得到了很好的控制,对提高酒钢热镀锌产品表面质量有着重要意义。As the important equipment for continuous hot-dip galvanized line,skin pass mill plays an important role in improving strip shape and surface quality.This paper introduces the defects of skin passed mark and spot frequently appeared in the use of skin pass mill for JISCO continuous hot-dip galvanizing line,makes analysis of the defect causes and works out the measures for eliminating the defects.After performance of the measures and long-term production test,this two defects are well controlled,which is significant to improve surface quality of JISCO hot-dip galvanizing products.
