摘  要:焦炉生产过程中,产生烟道气中含有二氧化硫、氮氧化合物和颗粒物等[1],直接排放会造成大气污染。因此焦炉烟道气是否达标排放,是限制焦炉产能的重要因素,涉及焦化厂生存发展关键所在,焦炉烟道气治理工作迫在眉睫。为实现焦炉废气即烟道气达标排放,酒钢焦化厂2018年在5#、6#焦炉分别新建一套脱硫脱硝系统,经过半年多的运行,现在两套系统效果理想,焦炉废气中的SO 2、NOx和颗粒物等三大指标全部满足《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》中大气污染物排放限值的相关规定,有很好的推广价值。In the process of coke oven production,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen and oxygen compounds and particles are contained in the flue gas after heating[1],and the direct emission will cause air pollution.Therefore,whether coke oven flue gas is up to standard is an important factor to limit coke oven production capacity,which involves the key to the survival and development of coking plant.Coke oven flue gas treatment is urgent.In order to meet the discharge standard of coke oven waste gas,a new desulphurization and denitrification system was built in 6#coke oven in 2018.After half a year of commissioning and operation,the effect of the two systems is ideal.The particulate matter,SO 2 and NOx in coke oven waste gas all meet the pollution of coking chemical industry.The relevant regulations on the emission limit of air pollutants in the material emission standard have a good popularization value.
