摘 要:以‘凤丹’牡丹为试验材料,在果荚膨大期,以不同浓度(0、10.0、20.0、30.0、40.0、50.0 mg/L)5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)溶液喷施其叶片,测定其功能叶片的生理生化指标,研究5-ALA对其叶片的生理特性的影响。结果表明,随着5-ALA浓度增加,叶绿素含量、光合参数、抗氧化物酶活性以及可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均呈先上升后下降的趋势,而丙二醛含量呈先下降后上升的趋势。与对照比较,5-ALA处理显著提高了‘凤丹’牡丹叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,显著增加了叶绿素和渗透调节物质含量以及抗氧化酶活性,并降低了膜脂过氧化产物含量。综合分析,在本试验条件下,喷施40.0 mg/L 5-ALA处理显著提高了叶片的抗氧化能力,最有利于提高‘凤丹’牡丹叶片光合能力。The effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid on the physiological characteristics of leaves in Paeonia ostia‘Fengdan’were studied by spraying different concentrations(0,10.0,20.0,30.0,40.0 and 50.0 mg/L)of 5-aminolevulinic acid at the pod expansion stage.The results showed that with the increase of 5-aminolevulinic acid concentrations,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters,the activities of antioxidant enzyme,the activities of antioxidant enzyme,and the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and proline malondialdedyde increased first and then decreased,while the contents of malondialdedyde decreased first and then increased.Compared with the control,5-aminolevulinic acid treatment significantly increased net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate,significantly increased the content of chlorophyll,osmotic regulating substances,and the activities of antioxidant enzymes,and decreased the contents of membrane peroxidation products.Comprehensive analysis showed that spraying 40.0 mg/L 5-aminolevulinic acid significantly increased the antioxidant capacity of the leaves,which was the most beneficial to the improvement of photosynthetic capacity of leaves in Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’.
