摘 要:目的探讨并行采集技术在术中磁共振成像(Intraoperative Magnetic Resonance Imaging,iMRI)系统的应用价值。方法基于3.0 T iMRI系统,对20例正常被试进行T1轴位、T2轴位、T2反转恢复序列轴位、T2矢状位四个序列的常规采集和并行采集,计算并比较常规和并行采集的成像时间、图像的不均匀性指标(Non-Uniformity Index,NUI)和主观评分。结果相较于常规采集,采用并行采集技术的总扫描时长缩短了41.9%。并行采集技术下图像的NUI和主观评分相较于常规采集无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论并行采集技术在iMRI系统的应用有效缩短了扫描时长,且对术中成像质量无影响,可以为提高手术效率、保证患者安全提供技术支持。Objective To explore the clinical value of parallel acquisition technique in intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging(i MRI)system.Methods Based on the 3.0 T iMRI system,20 normal subjects were subjected to routine and parallel acquisition of four sequences:T1 axial position,T2 axial position,T2 reversal recovery sequence axial position,and T2 sagittal position.The imaging time of conventional and parallel acquisitions,image non-uniformity index(NUI)and subjective score were calculated and compared.Results The sum of scanning time of the four intraoperative imaging scan sequences using the parallel acquisition technology was 41.9%shorter than that of the conventional scan,and there was no significant difference in NUI and the subjective score of the subjects under the parallel acquisition compared with that of the conventional acquisition(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of parallel acquisition technology in the iMRI system effectively shortens the scanning time without affecting the imaging quality during the operation.It can provide technical support for improving the efficiency of the operation and ensuring the safety of the patient.
