摘 要:目的探讨磁共振多层同时成像技术(MultiBand SENSE,MB SENSE)在腰骶丛神经弥散张量成像(Diffusion Tensor Imaging,DTI)中的应用价值。方法招募13名健康志愿者(年龄范围11~70岁,平均33.42±16.51岁)在3T MRI上进行常规DTI扫描(SENSE 1.6)和MB SENSE的DTI扫描(MB SENSE 2和3)。利用弥散张量纤维束造影(Diffusion Tensor Tractography,DTT)清晰地显示整个腰根神经,并在DTI图像上测量腰骶丛神经(两侧L3~S1)的平均各向异性分数(Fractional Anisotropy,FA)值。然后,将不同腰骶丛神经SENSE 1.6、MB SENSE 2、MB SENSE 3的FA值采用Friedman检验进行比较。结果同一腰节段左右侧神经无差异(P>0.05),而且不同腰骶丛神经FA值在SENSE 1.6、MB SENSE 2、MB SENSE 3中的差异无统计学意义(P=0.498、0.451、0.373、0.125、0.189、0.886、0.379、0.614)。基于SENSE 1.6和MB SENSE 2的腰根神经L3至S1的全长使用DTT可清晰显示,而基于MB SENSE 3的神经束远端较差。而且,MB SENSE技术DTI比传统DTI扫描时间缩短50%。结论基于MB SENSE技术的弥散张量成像可以显示和提供人体腰骶丛的定量信息。本研究建议采用MB SENSE 2对正常腰骶丛神经进行扫描。Objective To explore the application value of MultiBand SENSE(MB SENSE)in the lumbosacral plexus nerve diffusion tensor imaging(DTI).Methods Thirteen healthy volunteers(aged 11-70 years,mean 33.42±16.51 years)were recruited for DTI scan(SENSE 1.6)and DTI scan(MB SENSE 2,3)on 3 T MRI.Diffusion tensor tractography(DTT)was used to clearly display the whole lumbosacral nerve,and the average FA value of lumbosacral plexus(L3-S1)was measured on DTI images.Then,the fractional anisotropy(FA)values of different lumbosacral plexus nerve SENSE 1.6,MB SENSE 2,MB SENSE 3 were compared by Friedman test.Results There was no significant difference between left and right nerves in the same lumbar segment(P>0.05),and the FA values of different lumbosacral plexus nerves in SENSE 1.6,MB SENSE 2,MB SENSE 3 had no statistical significance(P=0.498,0.451,0.373,0.125,0.189,0.886,0.379,0.614).The full length of L3 to S1 of lumbar root nerve based on SENSE 1.6 and MB SENSE 2 can be clearly displayed by DTT,while the distal end of nerve bundle based on MB SENSE 3 was poor.Moreover,the scan time of MB sense DTI was 50%shorter than that of traditional DTI.Conclusion Diffusion tensor imaging based on MB SENSE technology can display and provide quantitative information of human lumbar fascicles.In this study,we suggest that MB SENSE 2 should be used to scan the normal lumbosacral plexus.
