摘 要:目的探讨基于iPad的可视化床旁机在新生儿重症监护室(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,NICU)床旁X线检查中的应用价值。方法收集我院2019年2月至2020年2月NICU需行床旁X线检查患者100例为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用传统床旁X线机进行拍摄,观察组患者采用可视化床旁X线机进行拍摄,比较两组检查所用时间,拍片一次成功率及拍摄后图像的甲级片率等指标。结果传统床旁X线机拍片所用时间平均值为(5.97±0.16)min,一次性成功率为50%,甲级片率为72%;可视化床旁X线机拍片所用时间平均值为(5.84±0.17)min,一次性成功率为76%,甲级片率为92%。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于传统床旁X线机,可视化床旁X线机在NICU床旁X线检查中具有缩短检查时间,提高拍片一次性成功率,提升图像甲级片率,以及降低患儿所受辐射剂量的优点,对新生儿床旁摄影具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of visual bedside X-ray machine based on iPad in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,100 patients with bedside X-ray examination in NICU of our hospital were selected as the research objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were photographed by traditional bedside X-ray machine,while the patients in the observation group were photographed by visual bedside X-ray machine.The inspection time,the primary success rate and the first film rate between two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Using traditional bedside machine,the average inspection time was(5.97±0.16)min,the primary success rate was 50%,and the first film rate was 72%.Using visual bedside machine,the average inspection time was(5.84±0.17)min,the primary success rate was 76%,and the first film rate was 92%.The difference of three indexes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional bedside X-ray machine,the visual bedside X-ray machine has the advantages of shortening the examination time,improving the one-time success rate of radiography,improving the image grade a film rate,and reducing the radiation dose of children,which has a higher clinical application value for neonatal bedside photography.
