摘 要:以医药中间体生产过程中产生的富含磷酸盐的废盐为原料合成羟基磷灰石,实现废盐中磷酸盐的资源化,并对分离出羟基磷灰石后的溶液进行了处理。结果表明:(1)废盐中主要成分为磷酸钠与磷酸氢二钠,总质量分数为73.5%~75.8%,杂质主要含有氯化钠与N,N-二甲基苯胺,质量分数分别为20.6%~22.9%和3.3%~3.5%。(2)以废磷酸盐为原料,室温下共沉淀陈化24 h即可得到具有羟基磷灰石结构特征的晶体。合成的羟基磷灰石对Pb 2+具有良好的吸附效果,最大吸附量可达1090.7 mg/g,同时吸附过程中并未检测出有机物,不会产生二次污染。(3)分离出羟基磷灰石后的溶液中主要含有氯化钠和有机物,经蒸发结晶、600℃高温热处理后,所得氯化钠达到《工业盐》(GB/T 5462—2015)精制工业干盐一级标准,可回收利用。Hydroxyapatite was synthesized from the waste salt rich in phosphate produced in the production of pharmaceutical intermediates to realize the resource utilization of phosphate in the waste salt,and the solution after the separation of hydroxyapatite was treated.The results showed that:(1)the main components of the waste salt were sodium phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate,the total mass fraction was 73.5%-75.8%.The impurities were mainly sodium chloride and N,N-dimethylaniline,the mass fractions were 20.6%-22.9%and 3.3%-3.5%,respectively.(2)The hydroxyapatite was synthesized from waste phosphate,and the crystal with the structural characteristics of hydroxyapatite could be obtained by coprecipitation and aging at room temperature for 24 hours.The synthesized hydroxyapatite had good adsorption effect on Pb 2+,and the maximum adsorption capacity reached 1090.7 mg/g.At the same time,no organic matter was detected in the adsorption process,indicating that the synthetic hydroxyapatite would not produce secondary pollution.(3)After the separation of hydroxyapatite,the solution was mainly composed of sodium chloride and organic matter.After evaporation crystallization and heat treatment at 600℃,the sodium chloride obtained the first class standard of refined industrial dry salt specified in“Industrial salt”(GB/T 5462-2015),and could be recycled.
