摘  要:污泥作为污水处理的副产物,产量巨大且含水率高。调理是污泥脱水和无害化的重要步骤。研究了酸化/氧化/絮凝的联合调理方法,从胞外聚合物(EPS)、粒径、有机质3个角度阐明调理流程中污泥的变化情况。结果表明:酸化会显著影响EPS在污泥中的分布,且pH越低,总EPS含量越低,氧化和絮凝对EPS的影响较小;粒径变化主要发生在絮凝阶段,但是酸化和氧化的预处理显著影响着阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)的絮凝效果;污泥的有机质种类主要为酪氨酸、色氨酸和类腐殖酸,酸化会使紧结合EPS(TB-EPS)层有机质含量显著降低,氧化首先会促使有机质释放,再将释放的有机质氧化分解。当pH=2,K 2FeO 4投加量为10%(质量分数,下同),CPAM投加量为0.5%时,压滤泥饼含水率为81.5%,比原污泥泥饼降低了5百分点。As a by-product of sewage treatment,sludge has a huge output and high water content.Conditioning is an important step in the dewatering and decontamination of sludge.In this paper,the combined conditioning method of acidification,oxidation and flocculation was studied.The changes of sludge in the conditioning process were elucidated from three perspectives including extracellular polymeric substance(EPS),particle size,organic matter.The results showed that acidification could significantly affect the distribution of EPS in the sludge.The lower the pH,the lower the total EPS content,while the oxidation and flocculation had less impact on EPS.The change of particle size mainly occurred in the flocculation stage,but the pretreatment of acidification and oxidation significantly affected the flocculation effect of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM).The main types of organic matter in sludge were tyrosine,tryptophan and humic acid-like substance,and acidification treatment could significantly reduce the content of organic matter in TB-EPS layer.Oxidation conditioning was likely to first promote the release of organic matter and then oxidized and decomposed the released organic matter.When pH=2,K 2FeO 4 dosage was 10%(mass fraction,the same below),and CPAM dosage was 0.5%,the moisture content of the filter cake was 81.5%,which was 5 percentage points lower than the original sludge cake moisture content.
