摘　　要：目的总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)流行期间某方舱医院护理团队的构建及管理策略,为今后应对类似的重大公共卫生应急事件提供参考。方法某方舱医院迅速组建临时性应急护理团队,设置高效的组织架构,实施方舱管理“网格化”,防疫培训与院感管理“同步化”、资源管理“最优化”,护理质量“标准化”,团队管理“人性化”和护理措施“整体化”。结果2020年2月5日-3月10日,该方舱医院共收治COVID-19确诊患者1124例,患者零病死和零投诉,医护人员零感染,护理服务满意度达99.77%。结论方舱医院应急护理团队的有效组织与管理,精准实施各项护理工作,保证了疫情防控中的护理质量,圆满完成了救治任务。Objective To summarize the establishment and management strategy of nursing team in the module hospital during COVID-19 epidemic,aiming to provide a reference to similar health emergencies in the future.Methods Temporary nursing department and effective nursing team were established swiftly,with meshing of management of module,synchronizing of antiepidemic education and nosocomial infection management,optimizing of management of resource,standardizing of nursing quality,and humanizing of team management and integrating of nursing measures.Results A total of 1,124 patients were admitted to the module hospital.There was no mortality and complaints of patients during hospitalization,and no infection cases of medical staff occurred.In addition,the satisfaction with nursing service reached 99.77%.Conclusions The effective organization and management of the temporary nursing team in the module hospital result in accurate implementation of all kinds of nursing care and nursing quality assurance,so as to succeed in battle of COVID-19 pandemic.
