摘 要:以大花蕙兰‘红酒’×莲瓣兰‘边草素花’组培苗为试材,用9种不同光质的LED光照处理,测试其生理特性,探索出最适合该杂交兰的最佳光源。研究表明,单色绿光(G)处理下杂交组培苗株高值最大,为9.50 cm;红蓝黄光(RBY)处理下,株高最低,为5.90 cm。在红蓝白复合光(RBW)处理下组培苗叶片数最多,为7片;叶长值最大,为8.64 cm。红光(R)下叶宽长度最佳,为6.40 mm。在LED红蓝绿(RBG)复合光下,叶绿素a含量最高,为0.8758 mg/g;最低为绿光(G)处理下的含量,为0.5696 mg/g;叶绿素b含量最高的处理为红蓝绿光(RBG),为0.7842 mg/g;红蓝绿复合光(RBG)处理下类胡萝卜素含量最高,为0.0822 mg/g;红光(R)处理下叶绿素a/b最高,为2.068 mg/g。LED红蓝复合光(RB)处理下,组培苗叶片糖含量显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),为2.8254%;蓝光(B)处理下,杂交组培苗叶片可溶性蛋白的含量达到最高值,为21.5311 mg/g。在LED红蓝光(RB)处理下,可溶性糖含量达到最高值,为2.83%,与其它光质处理间差异显著。综合分析得出复合红蓝白光(RBW)组培苗各项形态指标综合系数较高。The tissue culture seedlings of Cymbidium hybridum‘hongjiu’×Cymbidium tortisepalum‘biancaosuhua’were used as test materials.The physiological characteristics of the hybrid orchid were tested under 9 different LED light quality treatments to find the best light source for the hybrid orchid.The results showed that the highest plant height was 9.50 cm,the lowest was 5.90 cm under the treatment of monochrome green(G)and RBY light.Under the RBW light treatment,the number of leaves in tissue culture seedlings was the largest,7,and the length of leaves was the largest,which was 8.64 cm.The content of sugar in the leaves of the hybrid plantlets was 2.8254%under the RB light treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the rest(P<0.05).The content of soluble protein in the leaves of the hybrid plantlets reached the highest value(21.5311 mg/g)under the B light treatment.Under red and RB light treatment,the soluble sugar content reached the highest value(2.83%),which was significantly different from other light quality treatments.Comprehensive analysis showed that compound RBW light was the optimum light source for Cymbidium hybridum‘hongjiu’×Cymbidium tortisepalum‘biancaosuhua’.
