摘 要:为探究5个美国山核桃品种的抗旱能力,利用不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG6000)溶液模拟干旱胁迫,研究美国山核桃实生幼苗的根系活力、叶片抗氧化性酶活性和渗透性物质含量,并对其抗旱性进行评价。结果表明,随着干旱程度增加,美国山核桃幼苗根系活力显著下降(P<0.05),其中‘绍兴’在10%PEG胁迫下下降幅度最大,达到62.801%,但在各品种中仍维持较高的水平。受到干旱胁迫后,品种‘卡多’的SOD、POD活性持续下降,品种‘绍兴’‘金华’‘贝克’和‘抛尼’在5%PEG或10%PEG处理下整体表现为叶片SOD和CAT活性增强,叶片脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量增加,但在20%PEG下各指标有所下降,而各品种的POD活性则表现为持续上升。模糊隶属函数综合分析表明,‘绍兴’‘金华’‘卡多’和‘抛尼’在10%PEG胁迫下抗旱性最高,抗旱性综合指数为0.596、0.426、0.373和0.441,‘贝克’在20%PEG胁迫下抗旱性达到最高,抗旱性综合指数为0.559。研究结果显示,‘绍兴’抗旱性综合指数皆位于第一位,抗旱性最好;‘贝克’在重度胁迫下抗旱性能维持较高水平,‘卡多’在中度和重度胁迫下抗旱性较差。For understanding the drought-resistant ability of five Carya illinoensis varieties,various concentrations of PEG solution were used to simulate drought stress on the root activity,leaves antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic substance content of Carya illinoensis seedlings,and the drought tolerance of five varieties were comprehensively evaluated by subordination function method.The results showed that root vigor in five C.illinoensis varieties seedlings were significant decreased with the increasing of drought-stress degrees.The varieties with the highest decline rate of root vigor was Shaoxing which decreased by 62.801%,but still maintained a high level in all varieties.SOD and POD activity in leaves of Caddo decreased continuously.SOD,CAT activity and proline(Pro),soluble protein contents of Shaoxing,Jinhua,Caddo,Pawnee were increased under 5%PEG or 10%PEG treatment,decreased under 20%PEG treatment,but POD activity continuously increased.The drought tolerance of C.illinoensis was evaluated by the membership function method.The results showed that comprehensive drought resistance index of Shaoxing,Jinhua,Caddo,Pawnee were highest under 10%PEG treatment by 0.596,0.426,0.373,0.441,highest under 20%PEG treatment by 0.559 for Baker.In conclusion,Shaoxing has the best drought resistance because of the comprehensive drought resistance indexes of which were the first in five Carya illinoensis varieties under drought treatment of three concentrations.Baker maintains a high level of drought resistance under severe stress.Caddo has the worst drought resistance under moderate and severe stress.
