摘　　要：通过对农产品进出口贸易、进出口农产品结构、农业资本投资情况来分析黑龙江省创汇农业的发展现状,并分析农产品进出口比例、外商投资规模、出口企业实力这三个方面存在的不足,进一步提出创新支持农产品出口模式、优化外资企业投资环境以及强化出口农业企业支持资金管理的促进黑龙江创汇农业发展的政策建议,从而推动黑龙江省创汇农业的进一步发展。Based on agricultural product import and export trade,import and export of agricultural structure,agricultural capital investment situation to analyze the foreign exchange earning agricultural development present situation of heilongjiang province,and analyze the proportion of agricultural products import and export,foreign investment scale,the export enterprise strength the deficiency existing in the three aspects,further it puts forward the model of innovation support agricultural exports,optimize the environment of enterprises with foreign capital investment,and strengthening support of agricultural export enterprise capital management policy recommendations to promote the development of the foreign exchange earning agricultural,pushing to earn foreign exchange through the further development of agriculture in heilongjiang province.
