摘　　要：导引作为中医的主要方法之一,在各个历史时期呈现出不同的发展特点。从现有资料看,先秦时期已初步完善,秦汉至南北朝时期发展到成熟阶段,隋唐至宋元时期全面汇总和继承,并进一步系统化,明清时期进入了一个新的发展阶段。导引的作用主要是预防疾病、强身健体、治疗疾病、病后康复、益寿延年及修行等,中医导引的发展贯穿于整个中医的发展史当中,值得我们认真提炼和总结,中医导引的临床应用需要重新得到重视。As one of the main methods of traditional Chinese medicine,Daoyin has different development characteristics in different historical periods.From the existing data,it has been preliminarily improved in the pre-Qin period,developing to the mature stage in the Qin and Han dynasties to the southern and Northern dynasties,getting into comprehensively summarize and inherit,and further systematize in the Sui and Tang dynasties to the Song and Yuan dynasties,it entered a new stage of development in the Ming and Qing dynasties.The function of Daoyin is mainly to prevent diseases,strengthen the body,treat diseases,recover after diseases,prolong life and practice.The development of Daoyin of traditional Chinese medicine runs through the whole history of development of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of our careful refining and summary.The clinical application of Daoyin of traditional Chinese medicine needs to be reemphasized.
