二十八宿体系在中医理论建构中的作用研究

摘　　要：古代天文知识作为构建时空坐标体系与中国传统文化的基石,在中医药理论的构建中发挥着十分重要的作用。中国古代天文学二十八宿体系的知识在中医药理论建构中的作用,涉及到建构气血循环理论、计算人体经脉长度、推演营卫之气运行、解决经典诠释之疑、正确理解九宫八风理论以及方剂命名等诸多方面,因此,研究二十八宿体系等古代天文学与中医学的关系,对于正确理解传统中医理论,促进中医理论的正确发展有着重要的现实意义。As the base stone for constructing space-time coordinate system and ancient Chinese culture,the ancient astronomical knowledge plays a significant role in the construction of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory.The twentyeight lunar mansions,part of ancient astronomical knowledge,also serves a lot in constructing TCM theory,which involves many aspects including qi-blood circulation theory,calculating the length of human meridians,deducing the operation of nutrient qi and defensive qi,resolving doubts about classical interpretation,correctly understanding Nine Palaces and Eight Winds theory,and nominating prescription.Therefore,to study the relationship between such ancient astronomical knowledge as twenty-eight lunar mansions and TCM is of practical significance in correctly understanding and promoting the development of TCM theory.
