浅述厥阴中风与《外台秘要》小前胡汤

摘　　要：六经皆有中风,非独太阳,然仲景三阴三阳体系中仅设有桂枝汤疗太阳中风,厥阴中风并无症状及主治方剂,仅以脉象论预后;文章试从厥阴中风的概念及病机,结合各家注解,探究其与《外台秘要》小前胡汤方药之间的关系,发现两者病机相似,症候相符,方药功用主治相合,从而推断出小前胡汤或为厥阴中风主方,以补宋版《伤寒论》之不足。There is a stroke in all meridians,not only Taiyang channel.In the system of three-yin and three-yang of Shanghan Lun,only Guizhi Decoction is applied to treat syndrome of affection of Taiyang by wind,there is no symptoms and prescriptions against Jueyin disease with wind affection.The author explored the concept and pathogenesis of Jueyin disease with wind affection,demonstrated the relationship with Xiao Qianhu Decoction,and discovered that Xiao Qianhu Decoction shared the same etiology,pathogenesis,and the herbal efficacy matches.So,Xiao Qianhu Decoction is the main prescription of Jueyin disease with wind affection.
