摘　　要：姜德友教授精研经典,法宗恩师,在临证实践中,融汇龙江医派历代名医名家学术精粹于一炉,结合黑龙江省气候特点、饮食习惯和民俗习惯等诸多因素,对我国东北严寒地区高发疾病的病因病机和理法方药的认识具有独特的理论和临证经验。特别在应用土鳖虫、地龙、水蛭、蜈蚣等虫类药治疗的心脑血管疾病中,充分发挥中医临床思维特色和优势,重视审析病机、病证结合,强调三因制宜、治专病用专药,在临证中往往能直中病所,获效颇著。Professor JIANG De-you has formed his unique theory in understanding and treating high incidence of disease in cold areas of northeast China through learning classic and master’s experience,integrating Longjiang medical school’s experience,synthesizing climate characteristics,diet characteristics,folk custom and other factors of Heilongjiang Province.When using insect drugs such as woodlouse worm,earthworm,leech and centipede to treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(CCVd),professor JIANG gives full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM clinical thinking,attaching great importance to the analysis of pathogenesis and the combination of disease and syndrome and emphasizing theory of developing appropriate treatment according to three causes of disease,and special medicines for special diseases.In clinical practice,it can often work on the disease,and has achieved considerable results and has remarkable curative effect.
