高体三三阴辨治肾病水肿之探微

摘　　要：肾病水肿为顽固性疑难杂病之一,临床施治方法多样,乏于成效。高体三教授擅于治疗肝、脾、肾顽固性疑难杂病,将"三阴学说"辨治理论及"水暖土和木达"的学术思想运用于肾病水肿辨证施治过程中取得卓著疗效。文章总结了高体三教授治疗肾病水肿的辨治思路、方法和经验,希冀在传承与创新名老中医学术思想的同时,进一步丰富中医药理论体系,拓宽临证辨治思路,为治疗肾病水肿提供可靠的理论依据和有效的方法路径。Nephrotic edema is one of the intractable and complicated diseases,and its clinical treatment methods are diverse and ineffective.Professor GAO Ti-san is good at treating intractable and complicated diseases of liver,spleen and kidney.The theory of differentiation and treatment of‘three-yin theory’and the academic thought of‘Shui-nuan tu-he mu-da’have been applied to the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment of kidney edema.This paper summarizes the train of thought,method and experience of professor GAO Ti-san physical three in the treatment of nephrotic edema,hoping that while inheriting and innovating the academic thought of distinguished veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,further enriching the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.To broaden the train of thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and to provide reliable theoretical basis and effective methods for the treatment of nephrotic edema.
