摘　　要：鼻咽部顽固性溃疡可见于病毒、真菌等严重感染性疾病,亦可见于恶性肿瘤病变,病情危重,治疗棘手。脏腑气血阴阳不足、积热上冲乃其内因,虫毒火热侵袭、用药调摄不当乃其外因,与时令、地域及体质等因素相关,主要病机乃热毒瘀阻鼻咽。李家庚教授常以清补消为治疗要法,灵活运用经验方解毒化瘀汤内服、杀虫祛疮方外用治疗本病,取得较好疗效,并附验案2则。Intractable ulcer of nasopharynx can be seen in virus,fungus and other serious infectious diseases,but also in malignant tumor lesions,which is critical and difficult to treat.The deficiency of yin and yang in the viscera,the accumulation of heat and the upsurge of qi and blood are the internal causes,the invasion of insect poison and fire heat,and the improper use of drugs are the external causes,which are related to the seasonal,regional and physical factors.The main pathogenesis is that heat,toxin and blood stasis block the nasopharynx,which can be accompanied by the deficiency of yin and yang in the qi and blood.Professor LI Jia-geng often takes qingbuxiao as the treatment method,flexibly uses‘Jiedu Huayu Decoction’for internal use and‘Insecticidal Quchuang Decoction’for external use to treat the disease,and obtains better curative effect,with two cases attached.
