摘　　要：王灿晖教授在治疗慢性肾脏病方面拥有丰富的经验,并创制了黄芪扶正汤。该方具有益气补虚,活血化瘀,通导泄浊的作用。将该方化裁应用于多种肾脏病的治疗,具有良效。文章中选取王教授运用该方治疗尿酸性肾病、高血压肾病验案进行分析,以飨同道。Professor WANG Can-hui has rich experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease and created Huangqi Fuzheng Decoction which has the effect of invigorating qi and tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,dredging and relieving turbidity.It is effective to apply this prescription added and subtracted to the treatment of various CKD.In this article,professor WANG’s two cases of uric acid nephropathy and hypertensive nephropathy treated with it were selected for analysis.
