醒神通阳针刺法临床应用验案举隅

摘　　要：从醒脑开窍针刺法化裁而来的醒神针刺法和在阳气养神柔筋、"治痿独取阳明"理论指导下的通阳针刺法共同组成了醒神通阳针刺法,该针刺方法有醒脑调神柔筋的作用,临床治疗疾病疗效显著。醒神通阳针刺法只是一种治疗疾病的基本方法,在临床实践中不仅要根据病症辨证取用醒神通阳方中穴,还需依据疾病酌情选用方外穴。文章通过介绍醒神通阳针刺法的取穴、操作方法、方解以及列举该法治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征医案以期详细阐述该针法以飨同道。Xingshen Tongyang acupuncture therapy is composed of Xingshen method,which is originated from Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy,and Tongyang method,which is created under the guidance of the theory that treating the flaccidity with the yangming channel alone.This acupuncture method has the function of resuscitating and regulating mind as well as softening muscles,and has a remarkable clinical curative effect in treating diseases.Xingshen Tongyang acupuncture therapy is just a basic treatment for diseases,and it requires syndrome differentiation to select acupoints from Tongyang Xingshen Formula,and other acupoints according to diseases during clinical practice.This article introduced the acupoints selection,operation method and prescription of Xingshen Tongyang acupuncture,and enumerated the case of guillain-barre syndrome with a view to elaborate the acupuncture method.
